Our 9-night stay at Abidos Hotel Apartment, Dubailand, was nothing short of wonderful. As a family, we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all essential amenities—kitchenware, utensils, plates—everything we needed for a comfortable, homely stay. One of the biggest highlights was the exceptional service team, especially Mr. Jalal, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was clean and we had everything we needed. Every morning, he checked in with a smile, always ready to help. The location was another huge plus for us. Having a supermarket and a tea shop just downstairs made it incredibly convenient—especially with kids who can be quite selective about food. My wife and I were able to cook for them with ease thanks to the well-stocked kitchen and nearby groceries. I’ve traveled across Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Japan recently and stayed in different types of accommodation facilities, but Abidos in Dubailand stood out the most. The cozy setup, attentive staff, and family-friendly atmosphere made this experience special. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. We’d love to come back!

Very Spacious apartment with neat n clean bedrooms and washrooms .Beautiful view of the Dubai skyline from our apartment. Microwave, laundry, electric kettle, iron and stove was included in the apartment. Breakfast on the top floor restaurant had good options, Although we paid extra for breakfast but it was worth it. My Selim at our front desk was exceptionally helpful and guided us about Breakfast options, free shuttle from hotel to Dubai mall and Jumeirah beach. Great facility if you have a vehicle ( Own or rental). Lots of free parking spaces at B1 and B2. Dubai outlet mall and Global Village are very close to the facility. Overall excellent place to stay with family.

Chrishal, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. Her warm demeanor made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Additionally, Jalal from the room service team was quite helpful and prompt with our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the staff's hospitality truly enhanced the experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others looking for excellent service.

The staff were fantastic! They were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a problem and they made my stay very comfortable. The apartments are spacious and although simply furnished very comfortable and the air conditioning was good. It was also very convenient having a small but well stocked supermarket, a pharmacy and a great vegetarian restaurant next door to the hotel. It was a useful place to stay as I was commuting from there to the Hamdan Sports Complex. My room also overlooked a beautiful mosque across the road. The pool was lovely to swim in and a nice space to relax in.

The location is very calm and peaceful, I got the exact same apartment that was listed on the website, the customer service of the lady on morning shift was beyond exceptional too bad I didn't get her name to mention it here on my review, a market is available in the hotel where they have everything you may need with very good prices, the staff is very friendly and helpful, too many good things for me to mention it all here, overall an excellent hotel and I would define stay there again.
